Shipping & Returns Policy
1. PIONEER PREMIER SDN BHD will only send online orders to Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak address. We do not deliver to P.O. Box address or any international address.
2. All delivery for standard, and express are only applicable for orders below 30kg (weight or volumetric, whichever greater). Please place a separate order if your total cart exceeded this limit.
3. Your paid orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working day(s). Orders placed on Saturday after 10:00 am and over the weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.
4. PIONEER PREMIER SDN BHD reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
1. In Standard Delivery, our logistic partner with their best effort will deliver your parcel within 2 to 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 8 working days for Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery to remote areas may require additional of 2 to 3 working days.
2. During peak season / festive periods, delivery may take longer time. We advise you to place order at least 2 weeks in advance before festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc to avoid any late shipment.
3. At the time of delivery, you are required to validate the parcel by providing your signature/confirmation to our logistic partner as a proof of delivery. If the packaging is tempered, please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to accept the parcel if the content is damaged.
4. If the parcel was unable to be delivered to you after 2 attempts, or if you did not pick up the parcel at a nearby location as instructed to the logistic partner, the order will be forfeited and the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
1. Please locate your tracking number (example: 630562789516) in the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your registered user account.
2. Alternatively, you can click here to check your parcel delivery status via our delivery tracking website page. You may then enter your tracking number into our tracking field (the white colour empty field that is under these words – Track your parcel) to view the status of your order delivery.
3. Please take note that tracking numbers may take a few hours to be reflected in our tracking system after you have received the delivery confirmation email . If there is an unfortunate event of a delay, it will be reflected in our tracking website. In the event that you have not received delivery updates within a week after receiving the confirmation email, please contact our customer service via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for further assistance.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and will automatically be applied to within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If the product does not fit, you can email us to exchange the item to another size, subject to our availability depend on condition if application.
If we do not have the desired stock size you can change to another color based on the size ordered depend on condition if applicable. Refundable is not allowed
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over RM100.00 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
