How do purchase my order on the site?

To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you’ll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

What are the payment methods available?
In a store, perhaps you can use when online payment gateway, you may want to make a direct bank transfer for local payments or go with Senangpay for online transactions

How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
View the address you used to register on byreefa website, your payment and purchase based on your address, your primary shipping address, and your primary return address.

Note: If you need to change your name or country in your registration address, you’ll be prompted to contact Customer Support for assistance at 01155878498 or email at helpdeskbyreefa@gmail.com. We need to make sure that any changes comply with the Term of Service

Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
Once you make the payment, we will send the product/s to you in the quickest possible time. However, if you want to cancel an order, you have to do it within 24 hours from the time of ordering. If you fail to cancel within 24 hours, or, if the product already gets dispatched from our warehouse, you won’t be eligible for cancellation.

What is the product’s transaction currency?

All products transaction currency will be done in MYR (Ringgit Malaysia)

How long does the delivery usually takes?
In Standard Delivery, our logistic partner with their best effort will deliver your parcel within 2 to 5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 8 working days for Sabah & Sarawak. Delivery to remote areas may require additional of 2 to 3 working days.

Note: During peak season / festive periods, delivery may take longer time. We advise you to place order at least 2 weeks in advance before festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc to avoid any late shipment.
